Dispatch Times

MADE TO ORDER items have a turnaround of 4-8 weeks depending on how busy I am with orders. I usually update over on Instagram how busy I am!

READY TO SHIP items will be sent within 3-5 business days

 

Postage

All items are sent via Royal Mail. You can select First or Second Class. Items are not sent tracked. If you’d like an item sent tracked please message me before purchasing.

 

Can The Pots Go Outside?

No. We recommend keeping our pots indoors only. They are sealed for protection but the design will be ruined over time if they’re put outside.

 

How Do I Clean My Pot?

If cleaning is needed, just wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. Do not scrub the pots.

 

Do Your Pots Come With Drainage Dishes?

No. We please ask that you do not leave the pot sat soaking in water. Overtime this will ruin the design. These pots are for decorative purposes. When watering your plant please remove it from the pot then pop it back in once its finished its drink!

 

Whats a Trinket Dish For?

They can hold keys, jewellery, switch games or loose change!

 

Do You Take Commissions?

Yes! I open up slots every other month. Slots fill up very fast so be quick! Dates/times will always be posted on Instagram so follow us there to stay up to date.

 

What’s Your Turnaround Time?

Turnaround time depends on how busy I am with orders. On average it is 4-8 weeks. So if ordering a gift please do order with enough time. I do restocks with ready made items if you don’t want to wait too!
